Julie earned her Juris Doctorate degree at Brooklyn Law School after achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University in Justice. She is licensed in New York, New Jersey and New Hampshire.
Julie has been practicing business and franchise law for more than seventeen years, representing franchisees and emerging franchisors in all aspects of their businesses. She is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and is a member of the Governing Committee of the Forum. Julie has been recognized annually by Franchise Times as a “Legal Eagle” since 2014.
Julie lives in Westchester County, New York and enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
